While comfortable and cushioning, the Nike Air Max Invigor is primarily designed for casual wear and light activities. For dedicated running, specialized running shoes with more advanced performance features are recommended.

For the mesh upper, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. For the sole, use a soft brush. Air dry away from direct heat. Avoid machine washing.

Nike sizing is generally consistent. It's recommended to purchase your standard UK shoe size. If you are unsure, try them on or refer to Nike's official size chart.

The breathable mesh upper is not waterproof. While they can handle light splashes, prolonged exposure to heavy rain or wet conditions is not recommended as it will soak the shoe and your feet.

The Max Air unit is a visible air cushioning technology in the sole, designed to absorb impact and provide comfortable, responsive cushioning with every step.

Most Nike Air Max models, including the Invigor, feature removable insoles. This allows for easy cleaning or the insertion of custom orthotics if needed.

Ensure you have the correct size. Try adjusting the laces, loosening them from the toe box upwards. Wear them for short periods initially to allow them to break in.

This can sometimes occur if the insole is rubbing against the inside of the shoe. Try removing the insole, dusting the inside of the shoe with a little baby powder, and then reinserting the insole. If it's the sole itself, this might be a manufacturing issue.

Remove insoles and air them out. Clean the inside of the shoes with a cloth dampened with a diluted vinegar solution or use shoe deodorizer sprays/inserts. Ensure shoes are completely dry before wearing again.

Gently clean the affected area with a soft brush or cloth, warm water, and a small amount of mild laundry detergent or shoe cleaner. Dab, do not rub aggressively, to avoid damaging the mesh. Allow to air dry completely.
