Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: These trainers require no specific setup. Simply lace them up and they are ready for use. Ensure you have the correct size for optimal comfort and performance.
Compatibility: The Brooks Hyperion Max 3 are designed for neutral runners and are compatible with most running insoles if additional arch support is needed. They are optimized for use on asphalt and other paved road surfaces.
Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your trainers:
- Cleaning: Gently brush off loose dirt and mud with a soft brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, which can warp the materials or adhesives.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store them in plastic bags or airtight containers, as this can trap moisture and lead to odors or material degradation.
- Rotation: For runners who train frequently, consider rotating between multiple pairs of running shoes. This allows the cushioning to fully recover between runs and can extend the lifespan of each pair.
