Troubleshooting

Keyboard or mouse not responding

Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Check that the USB receiver is securely plugged into the computer. Try a different USB port. Make sure the devices are within the wireless range (10m).

Typing is laggy or intermittent

Check for potential wireless interference from other devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones). Move the USB receiver closer to the keyboard and mouse, or use a USB extension cable. Replace the batteries if they are low.

Mouse cursor movement is erratic

Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cotton swab. Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (avoid glass or highly reflective surfaces). Check battery levels.

Specific keys are not working

Restart your computer. Check if there is any debris under the affected keys. If the issue persists, there might be a hardware fault with the keyboard.
