Troubleshooting

Base does not feel stable after assembly

Double-check all fixings and ensure they are tightened securely. Verify that the base is on a level surface and that the gliders are evenly fitted.

Ottoman lid is difficult to lift or close

Ensure there are no obstructions within the storage area. Check that the mattress is positioned correctly and not interfering with the lid. Confirm all assembly points related to the lifting mechanism are secure.

Headboard does not fit correctly

Verify that your headboard is a standard UK size and compatible with universal fittings. Adjust the position of the pre-drilled holes on the base if necessary, or consult the headboard manufacturer for fitting advice.

Fabric appears loose or creased

Allow time for the fabric to settle after assembly. Gently smooth the fabric. If persistent, ensure the frame is correctly assembled and the fabric is not snagged.
