Samsung Smart Switch is a convenient tool for transferring data. Download the app on both devices and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer contacts, photos, videos, and other data.
Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously.
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks and select your preferred network mode (e.g., 5G/4G/3G/2G).
Go to Settings > Display. Here, you can adjust the brightness, screen mode, font size, and other display options.
Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Fingerprints. Follow the prompts to register your fingerprint. Then, you can use your fingerprint to unlock your device and verify your identity.
Use the USB Type-C cable and the charging adapter that came with your device. You can also use a wireless charger that supports Qi wireless charging.
You can find the user manual pre-installed on your device in the Samsung Members app or on the Samsung website.
Ensure the device is charged. If the battery is low, plug it in and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on. Try a forced restart by holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds.
Check your battery usage in the settings to identify apps draining the most power. Close unused apps, reduce screen brightness, and disable features like Always-On Display if not needed. Consider optimizing battery settings.
Clean the camera lens with a soft cloth. Ensure you are not too close to the subject. Tap on the screen to focus on the desired area.
Close unused apps and clear the cache for frequently used apps. Make sure you have enough free storage space. Restart the device. Consider factory resetting if the problem persists (back up your data first).
Toggle Wi-Fi or Bluetooth off and on. Restart your device. Ensure you're within range of the Wi-Fi router or Bluetooth device. Forget and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network or Bluetooth device.
