Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the jacket features a high-performance waterproof membrane, regular care is essential. When the outer fabric stops beading water, it is time to clean it using a technical garment cleaner. Wash the jacket on a gentle cycle, rinse thoroughly, and tumble dry on a low setting to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. Always ensure all zippers are closed before washing. When layering, the jacket is compatible with most standard fleece, base layers, and thin synthetic down jackets, but avoid wearing it over abrasive materials that could compromise the inner 2.5-layer coating.
