The Cloud 6 Coast Trainers feature Cloud Tec® cushioning for comfort, but they are primarily designed for travel, casual wear, and shorter distances rather than rigorous long-distance running.

The speed lacing system allows for quick adjustment. You can tighten or loosen the laces by pulling or sliding the toggle. To tie them traditionally, you can untie the speed lacing knot and re-tie as needed.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method for cleaning to preserve the materials and structure.

The heel drop of these trainers is 8 mm, which is considered a moderate heel drop.

Each shoe weighs approximately 185g, making them exceptionally lightweight.

The engineered mesh upper is breathable and water-resistant to a degree, but the trainers are not fully waterproof.

The collapsible heel allows the trainer to be easily slipped on and off without needing to untie laces, making them very convenient for quick wear and travel.

Loosen the speed lacing system. If still tight, consider if the shoe size is appropriate for your foot width, as these are designed for a standard fit.

While Cloud Tec® cushioning is durable, its perceived effect can diminish with extensive use. Ensure the shoes are clean, as debris can affect performance. For very heavy use, consider replacement after prolonged periods.

Ensure you are pressing down firmly on the back of the heel. The heel is designed to fold inwards for slip-on wear; it should naturally spring back into shape when worn properly.
