Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Hoka Clifton 11 trainers maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: While these shoes are comfortable out of the box, perform a few shorter runs to allow the foam to adapt to your stride.
- Lacing: Utilize the dual lace lock system by adjusting the tension evenly from the eyelets toward the collar. This prevents the tongue from shifting during movement.
- Cleaning: Remove surface dirt with a soft brush. If necessary, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or putting them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the foam density.
- Air Drying: Always air-dry your shoes at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
