Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Birkenstocks last, avoid exposing the leather to excessive moisture or heat sources, such as radiators, as this can cause the material to crack. If they become wet, allow them to air dry slowly at room temperature. Clean the leather uppers using a soft, dry brush to remove dust and a leather-specific conditioner periodically to keep the material supple. To maintain the integrity of the cork footbed, keep them away from direct sunlight for extended periods. When storing your sandals, place them in a cool, dry environment away from damp conditions.
