The Coach Drifter Shoulder Bag 31 is designed for the modern adult who values a blend of professional sophistication and daily utility. Its primary benefit is the organized three-compartment interior, which keeps essentials neatly separated, though users should note that the slouchy crescent structure may require careful positioning when stored to maintain its shape over time.

The Drifter 31 is designed as a daily carryall; while it fits personal essentials and tablets, it is not specifically intended for large laptops.
While the leather is durable, it is not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain and wipe dry immediately if it gets wet.
Use a lint roller for debris and a slightly damp cloth with mild soap for any small spots, ensuring you do not soak the interior.
The handles are designed as integrated features of the bag; for repairs, it is recommended to visit a professional leather technician or authorized service center.
Store it in its dust bag in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight or extreme heat sources.
Gently rub a graphite pencil tip along the zipper teeth to act as a natural lubricant.
Apply a small amount of leather conditioner designed for high-end calfskin or cowhide to restore luster.
Stuff the bag with clean tissue paper when storing to help it maintain its intended crescent profile.
To ensure the longevity of your Coach Drifter, adjust the shoulder handles to your preferred drop length before loading the bag. For leather care, wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth periodically to remove dust. If the leather begins to feel dry, apply a high-quality leather conditioner in a small, inconspicuous area first to test for colorfastness before applying it to the entire bag. Store the bag in a cool, dry place and use the provided dust bag when not in use to prevent scratches and sun damage.
