Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Setting the Time and Date: Pull the crown out to the first position to set the date, and to the second position to set the time. Gently push the crown back in when finished.
- Using the Chronograph: The top pusher starts and stops the chronograph, while the bottom pusher resets the hands. The crown should be pushed in fully when operating the chronograph.
Compatibility:
This is a standalone analog watch and does not require compatibility with other devices.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case and strap gently with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: While rated 5 ATM, avoid prolonged submersion. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before exposure to moisture.
- Strap Maintenance: Periodically check the links for any signs of wear. Clean with a soft cloth.
- Battery: The battery life is typically 2-3 years. Replacement should be done by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
