Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the ball arrives deflated, you will need a standard ball pump with a needle adapter to get started. When inflating, moisten the needle with a drop of water or silicone oil to prevent damage to the valve. Do not over-inflate beyond the recommended pressure range indicated near the valve. To extend the life of the ball, avoid kicking it against abrasive surfaces like brick walls or chain-link fences, and store it in a dry area after wet training sessions to allow the seams to air-dry completely.
