The purchase typically includes the upholstered headboard, side rails, footboard (21-inch matching), and a set of support slats. Please check the specific product listing for exact inclusions.
The Harrington frame is designed to work with a mattress directly, supported by the included slats. A box spring is generally not required and may alter the bed's height and support.
The durability depends on the chosen fabric range. Plush Velvet, Naples, Coniston, and Dumfries are selected for their quality and aesthetic appeal. Regular care and maintenance will help preserve the upholstery's condition.
The Harrington bed frame is available in 2FT6 Small Single, 3FT Single, 4FT Small Double, 4FT6 Double, 5FT King Size, and 6FT Super King.
Ensure all bolts and connections are fully tightened. Check that the support slats are properly seated and that the mattress is not causing undue pressure on any part of the frame.
Contact Sloomy customer support immediately with your order details and a description or photo of the missing/damaged part. Do not attempt to assemble if critical components are affected.
Loosen nearby bolts slightly to allow for adjustment, then re-tighten once aligned. Ensure you are using the correct hardware for each step as per the manual.
This is uncommon with custom-made items. Contact customer support if the issue is significant and impacts the aesthetic or function.
