Yes, they generally fit true to size. If you prefer a looser fit or wear very thick socks, some users prefer to go up a half size.
While originally designed as a performance runner, modern Air Max 90s are optimized for lifestyle and casual wear rather than long-distance athletic training.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dirt, then follow with a damp cloth and mild soap.
The leather is water-resistant to a degree but not waterproof; we recommend applying a water-repellent spray for added protection in rainy conditions.
Wipe the visible Air unit regularly with a damp cloth to prevent dirt buildup, and avoid sharp objects that could potentially puncture the plastic housing.
Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth or a dedicated leather cleaner; avoid harsh chemical abrasives.
Ensure the insole is properly seated or try a small amount of talcum powder beneath the removable insole.
To ensure your Air Max 90s last, it is recommended to treat the leather upper with a protective spray suitable for leather goods before initial use. For cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe down the exterior; avoid machine washing to maintain the integrity of the adhesive and leather. Ensure the shoes are air-dried away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials. For the best fit, ensure you wear socks of consistent thickness to those you intend to use daily, as the padding will contour slightly to your foot over the first few days of wear.
