Yes, it is excellent for camping, caravanning, or sitting on a patio, though it is primarily designed as loungewear.
Absolutely. The oversized design is specifically intended to be worn over standard loungewear or clothing for extra layering.
Tog is a measure of thermal resistance. A 1.7 tog rating indicates that the garment is specifically designed to trap warm air close to the body, offering significantly more insulation than standard fabric.
The hoodie is machine washable. We recommend a gentle cycle and either tumble drying or line drying.
This specific version is designed for adults. Heat Holders does offer dedicated sizes for children if needed.
Ensure you are using a gentle cycle and avoiding fabric softeners that can coat the fibers and reduce their thermal efficiency.
Use a light dryer sheet during the tumble drying process or keep the room humidity levels stable.
Because this is a one-size-fits-all product, no sizing adjustments are required. Simply slip the hoodie over your head and adjust the hood as needed. For long-term maintenance, the product is fully machine washable. To ensure the longevity of the fleece material, wash on a gentle cycle. The garment is tumble-dry safe, though line-drying is also recommended for those who prefer to conserve energy. Avoid using harsh chemical bleaches that could degrade the thermal fleece fibers.
