The Regatta Frankie Half-Zip Fleece is designed for women who need a versatile, lightweight insulating layer for everyday outdoor activities, travel, or casual wear. Crafted from soft polyester fleece, it provides reliable warmth without the bulk, though its lightweight nature means it may require additional outer layers in extreme sub-zero weather conditions.

No, this fleece is designed for warmth and insulation, not as a waterproof barrier. It should be worn under a waterproof shell in rainy conditions.
It is best to air dry the fleece to protect the material and the elasticated bindings from heat damage.
The Frankie Fleece is designed as a comfortable, everyday fit. Choose your standard size for a regular fit or size up if you prefer a looser feel for heavy layering.
No, the Frankie Fleece features a half-zip neckline without a hood.
Yes, it is excellent for hiking as a mid-layer, provided you have a windproof or waterproof outer layer available for changing weather conditions.
Pilling is common with polyester fleece. Use a fabric shaver or a de-pilling tool gently to remove them after washing.
Avoid washing in hot water or using high-heat tumble drying, as excessive heat can degrade the elasticity of the bindings.
To ensure your fleece remains in top condition, always follow the care label instructions sewn into the garment. Typically, this involves machine washing at a low temperature with mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the soft polyester fibers. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and reduce the moisture-wicking efficiency of the fleece. For drying, air drying is recommended to prevent static buildup and potential shrinking from high heat. The garment is highly compatible with waterproof shell jackets, as the soft surface prevents friction and allows the layers to move together comfortably.
