Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Emporio Armani Renato Chronograph AR11507 provides reliable service and maintains its aesthetic appeal, follow these guidelines.
Initial Setup
- Setting the Time: Gently pull the crown out to its furthest position (usually the second click). Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the hands show the correct time. Push the crown back in to its normal position.
- Setting the Date: Gently pull the crown out to its first position (usually the first click). Rotate the crown (direction may vary) until the correct date appears. Push the crown back in to its normal position.
- Caution: Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the date mechanism. If you need to set the date during this period, first adjust the time outside this window, set the date, and then reset the time.
Compatibility
- Wrist Size: The stainless steel bracelet can be adjusted by adding or removing links. We recommend having this done by a professional jeweler or watchmaker to ensure a proper and secure fit. Info needed: Standard bracelet size range.
- Style Matching: The versatile design of the AR11507 makes it compatible with both formal and casual wardrobes. Its silver and green color scheme pairs well with neutral tones, blues, and earth colors.
Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe your watch with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt, sweat, and oils. For the stainless steel bracelet and case, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Water Exposure: While water-resistant to 100 meters, avoid exposing the watch to hot water, steam, or sudden temperature changes (e.g., from hot sauna to cold water), as this can affect the seals. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any water exposure.
- Storage: When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and magnetic fields. Keep it in its original box or a watch case to prevent scratches.
- Battery Replacement: As a quartz watch, it will eventually require a battery replacement. This should be performed by a qualified watchmaker to ensure the case back is sealed correctly and water resistance is maintained.
- Avoid Impacts: Protect your watch from hard knocks or drops, which can damage the internal movement or external components.
