Check that the mounting screws are fully tightened and ensure the screw length is appropriate for your drawer or door thickness.
Verify the measurement of your hole centres; if they are not 160mm, you may need to fill and redrill or use a backplate to cover the discrepancy.
To install, verify your existing hole centres measure exactly 160mm. If drilling new holes, use a template to ensure perfect alignment, starting with a pilot hole. When tightening the screws, use a manual screwdriver to avoid overtightening and stripping the internal threads. For ongoing care, clean the Bronze finish using only a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber cloth dampened with warm water. Avoid abrasive sponges, acidic cleaners, or metal polishes, as these can strip the protective finish and lead to discoloration over time.
