Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Retro Runners stay in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: While the shoes are comfortable out of the box, wear them for shorter periods during the first few days to allow the leather to conform to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush or a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. For stubborn stains, use a dedicated leather cleaner. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Storage: Keep your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as prolonged UV exposure can cause the leather to fade or dry out.
- Moisture Control: If the shoes become damp, remove the insoles and let them air dry naturally away from artificial heat sources like radiators, which can warp the material.
