This product is designed for standard wooden or composite interior doors. It may slide on or scratch glass shower doors and is not recommended for that use.
No, the unit is designed to hang over the top of the door without the need for any permanent fixings or tools.
While it is designed for standard clothing and towels, we recommend avoiding heavy items such as wet heavy blankets or backpacks to prevent bending the hooks.
Yes, it is designed to fit over any standard interior door measuring up to 4cm in thickness.
The item is built for bathroom use, but it is best to wipe it down occasionally if it becomes wet to maintain the longevity of the finish.
Check if your door has a tight clearance at the top. If it does, ensure the hook bracket is pushed as far back as possible, or consider using the unit on a different door with more clearance.
Ensure the hooks are sitting flush against the top of the door. If it continues to shift, you can place a small piece of adhesive felt or foam tape behind the bracket to stabilize it against the door surface.
Setup requires no tools: simply slide the bracket over the top of any standard interior door. Before purchasing, measure your door to confirm it is 4cm thick or less. To ensure the unit remains looking new, clean it regularly by wiping the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these may damage the black finish over time. If the unit feels loose on the door, ensure the hooks are seated firmly against the door edge.
