The Flex Task Operator Chair in white is designed for professionals and home-office users who prioritize ergonomic support and a clean, modern aesthetic. Its standout feature is the flexible backrest that contours to your movements, providing consistent spinal support throughout the workday. While it offers premium comfort features like a waterfall seat edge to reduce leg strain, users should note that the white finish requires regular maintenance to keep it looking pristine in high-traffic environments.

Yes, the armrests can usually be detached during or after assembly if you prefer a slim, armless profile.
The Flex Task Operator Chair is engineered to support standard professional use up to 120kg.
The synchro tilt mechanism typically offers a tilt-lock feature; consult your specific assembly manual for the lock lever location.
The upholstery is durable, but because the chair is white, it is recommended to spot clean spills immediately.
The nylon wheels are standard for office chairs, but we recommend a floor mat to prevent potential scuffing on delicate hardwood floors.
Check the gas lift cylinder connection; if the issue persists, the internal gas piston may need replacement.
Inspect and tighten the mounting bolts connecting the backrest to the seat mechanism.
Ensure the casters are free of debris or hair; consider upgrading to heavy-duty soft-tread casters if using on deep-pile carpets.
Assembly: The chair is delivered in components. Follow the included manual to attach the gas lift to the 5-star base and secure the backrest to the seat mechanism. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely before first use.
Compatibility: The chair is designed for use on standard office flooring, including carpet and low-pile rugs. For hardwood or tile, consider a floor mat to protect surfaces from the nylon casters.
Care: To maintain the white finish, wipe down the frame and backrest with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that could scratch the surface. Vacuum the seat fabric regularly to prevent dirt buildup.
