What VESA mounting patterns are supported?

This mount supports VESA 75x75mm and 100x100mm mounting patterns. Adapters may be available for other patterns.

How is the monitor arm attached to the desk?

Troubleshooting

Monitor is wobbly or unstable.

Ensure the desk clamp is tightened securely to the desk. Verify that the VESA screws attaching the monitor to the arm are fully tightened.

Arm won't stay at the desired height.

Check if the monitor's weight exceeds the specified limit (20 kg, or 18 kg for curved/ultrawide). Ensure all adjustment screws or locking mechanisms on the arm are properly tightened.

Difficulty adjusting tilt or swivel angles.

Loosen the corresponding adjustment bolts slightly if they are too tight. Ensure no cables are obstructing the movement.

Monitor not fitting VESA pattern.

Confirm your monitor's VESA pattern. If it's not 75x75mm or 100x100mm, you may need a separate VESA adapter plate compatible with this mount.
