Missing parts during assembly

Carefully check all packaging materials. If parts are confirmed missing, contact Sloomy customer support with your order details and the specific part number required.

Slat instability or noise

Ensure all slats are correctly positioned and secured according to the assembly instructions. If using a centre support leg, verify it is properly adjusted and making contact with the floor.

Fabric discoloration or wear

Refer to the specific care instructions for your chosen fabric. For minor issues, gentle spot cleaning may be effective. For significant wear, consult a professional upholstery cleaner.

It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly, especially when handling larger components.
