The Wavin Osma SquareLine Gutter Support Bracket is a professional-grade component designed for contractors and DIY enthusiasts installing or repairing 100mm square-section guttering systems. Its primary benefit is the robust, three-point fixing design that ensures long-term stability and structural integrity for your rainwater management system. While highly effective, users should note that the bracket requires precise spacing intervals—specifically tighter gaps in regions prone to heavy snowfall—to maintain full system compliance.

The maximum spacing is 1 meter for standard conditions, but this should be reduced to 600mm if the area is prone to heavy snow.
No, this bracket is specifically designed for the 100mm square-section gutter system.
Yes, using all three fixing points is recommended to provide the required stability and load-bearing capacity as specified by the manufacturer.
Yes, the product conforms to BS EN 1462:2004 standards for guttering brackets.
It is suitable for roof areas up to 178m² when utilizing a single downpipe system correctly supported by these brackets.
The bracket spacing likely exceeds the 1-meter limit; install additional brackets to reach the recommended 600mm-1m interval.
Verify that all three fixing points are secured with appropriately sized exterior screws into solid fascia timber.
Check the alignment of the brackets; you may need to adjust the height of individual brackets to create a proper downward slope toward the outlet.
To install, secure the bracket directly to the fascia board using appropriate exterior-grade screws through all three fixing points for maximum security. Ensure the brackets are aligned to allow for a slight fall toward the downpipe to encourage efficient water flow. For maintenance, perform an annual inspection to ensure all screws remain tight and that the bracket has not been displaced by debris or heavy ice. Always check for signs of corrosion or plastic fatigue if the system has been exposed to extreme environmental conditions for an extended period.
