FAQs
Are these slippers machine washable?
It is recommended to spot clean them with a damp cloth rather than machine washing to preserve the faux fur quality and structure.
Can I wear these outside?
No, these slippers are designed specifically for indoor use with a synthetic sole meant for domestic flooring.
Do they provide good arch support?
They are designed primarily for comfort and warmth rather than orthopaedic support.
Do the slippers run true to size?
Yes, they are generally true to standard UK adult sizing. If you prefer to wear thick socks, you may want to consider this when selecting your size.
What material is used for the lining?
The interior is lined with a soft, plush faux fur material designed for heat retention.
Troubleshooting
Slippers feel slightly tight at first
Faux fur may compress slightly after the first few hours of wear, allowing the slippers to conform to your foot shape for a more comfortable fit.
Sole collecting dust or debris
Gently wipe the synthetic sole with a slightly damp cloth to restore grip and remove buildup that may cause slipping.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These slippers are ready to wear right out of the box. To ensure a proper fit, choose your standard UK shoe size; the slippers are available in sizes ranging from 3 to 8. To care for your Strollers Galaxy Slippers, spot clean the outer material with a damp cloth if necessary and avoid machine washing to maintain the integrity of the faux fur lining and the structural back counter. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to prevent the synthetic sole from hardening or warping over time.
