It is recommended to use clean, cool tap water or distilled water. Using tap water may lead to mineral buildup over time, which requires more frequent cleaning.
With its 4L tank and efficient design, the humidifier can run for up to 32 hours on a single fill, depending on the mist setting used.
No, essential oils should only be added to the dedicated aroma pad tray. Adding them directly to the water tank can damage the unit.
The Dreo Humidifier is designed for quiet operation, with noise levels as low as 28dB, making it suitable for use in bedrooms and nurseries.
The smart ambient light provides a visual indication of the current humidity level, allowing you to easily monitor your environment at a glance.
Auto Mode uses the humidifier's advanced algorithm to sense the current humidity level and automatically adjust mist output to maintain your desired humidity setting.
Rinse and refill the tank daily. Weekly, clean the tank and base with a mild detergent or vinegar solution, rinse thoroughly, and dry before reassembly.
Ensure the water tank is filled, the unit is properly assembled, and the power is connected. Check if the water level is too low or if the mist outlet is blocked.
Clean the mist nozzle and water tank. Select a higher mist setting. Ensure the humidifier is on a level surface.
Ensure the unit is on a stable, flat surface. Check if the water tank is seated correctly. Some operating noise is normal, but excessive noise may indicate an issue.
Verify the water tank is properly seated and not cracked. Ensure the lid is securely closed. Do not overfill the tank.
Consult the user manual for specific error code meanings. Typically, this relates to low water, an improperly seated tank, or internal malfunction.
