4D armrests can be adjusted in four directions: height, width, depth, and angle (swivel).

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The chair is rated for a maximum user weight of 125 kg.

Does the chair come preassembled?

Troubleshooting

Chair feels unstable or wobbly

Ensure all bolts are tightened securely. Check that the wheelbase is firmly attached to the gas lift mechanism.

Armrests feel loose

Verify the 4D adjustment locks are engaged and check the mounting screws underneath the seat pan.

Gas lift is not holding height

Ensure the control lever is fully released and not stuck in the 'up' position; if the issue persists, verify the cylinder is properly seated in the base.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High-grade glass-fiber reinforced frame
  • Highly adjustable ergonomics (4D armrests, lumbar, seat depth)
  • Superior build quality with a 5-year warranty
  • Floor-friendly, quiet hubless casters
  • Supports a wide range of user heights (165-200 cm)

Cons

  • Substantial weight of 25.7 kg may make movement difficult
  • Requires assembly upon arrival
  • Maximum weight capacity of 125 kg

Setup, Compatibility & Care

  • Assembly: The chair arrives in a large box (1070 x 680 x 390 mm) and includes all necessary screws. Ensure you have clear floor space to assemble the base, gas lift, and backrest components.
  • Compatibility: Designed for users between 165 cm and 200 cm tall, with a maximum weight capacity of 125 kg. It is suitable for use on most floor types thanks to the specialized hubless casters.
  • Care: To maintain the upholstery (nylon/foam), vacuum regularly to remove dust. If a spill occurs, use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the fabric or foam density. Regularly check that all bolts remain tight after the first few weeks of use.
