Ensure all parts, including filters and any external ducting, are securely fitted. Loose components or obstructions in the ducting can cause noise. If the noise persists, contact customer support.

The carbon filter may be saturated and require replacement. Ensure the correct type of carbon filter (IGCF05130B) is installed and that the hood is running on an appropriate speed setting.
