This pack of 5, 12mm thick, 8" Round Red Cake Drum Boards are ideal for presenting your cakes upon. Strong enough to support any type of cake, from a heavy fruit cake to a lighter sponge cake. As a general rule, a 8" drum is perfect for a 5" fruit cake, and a 6" sponge cake. The bulk pack is perfect for multiple cake making! Dimensions: 8" dia x 12mm (D). Sometimes referred to as a Cake Drum, this is the strongest type of Cake Board. It has a bonded fibre board inner which is covered on the top and sides with a beautiful Red coloured foil and with white paper on the base. Perfect for all your festive holiday bakes and the Bright Red colour ensures your cakes look their very best whether you're serving at a family event, displaying in store, or gifting to your friends and relatives. Shrink wrapped together for hygiene. Covered in a festive Red foil, these cake boards can be re-used over and over again after careful cleaning, simply wipe after use. Due to its thickness, you can also customise the look by decorating with a pretty ribbon around the edge of the board.
