Yes, this product is made from 100 percent vegan materials.
The backpack measures 42 cm in height, 32 cm in width, and 25.5 cm in depth.
Use a soft, damp cloth to spot-clean the polyester exterior. Avoid submerging the bag or using harsh chemicals.
The Pinnacle design focuses on internal compartments and a front organizer, so it does not feature an external side water bottle pocket.
This is normal for new bags. Continue using the backpack, and the material will naturally soften and conform to your body over time.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper track. You can lightly rub the teeth with a graphite pencil to improve glide if needed.
This backpack requires no complex setup. To break in the slightly stiff shoulder straps, simply load the bag with items and wear it regularly; the material will soften within a few weeks. For maintenance, spot clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this can degrade the fabric's integrity. Ensure zippers are kept clear of fabric to prevent snags and maintain smooth operation over time.
