The ENSIGN ULTRA Internal Wall Panel 2 Part Corner Trim is designed for DIY enthusiasts and professionals seeking a clean, 90-degree corner transition for their 10mm wall paneling projects. This black trim provides a durable and aesthetically pleasing junction between two panels, effectively hiding cut edges for a professional finish, though it requires precise measurement to ensure the two-part system aligns perfectly during installation.

The ENSIGN ULTRA series is designed primarily for interior wall and ceiling paneling in kitchens and bathrooms; it is not recommended for exterior applications.
This trim is specifically engineered for 10mm panels. Using it with thinner panels may result in a loose fit that requires extra adhesive.
Typically, these trims are designed to be installed with high-strength panel adhesive or standard countersunk screws, which are usually sold separately based on your specific wall substrate.
You can use a fine-tooth hacksaw or a miter saw to cut the trim to your required length.
The trim comes in a finished black color. While it can technically be painted, it is not designed to be, and paint may not adhere well to the surface.
Check if the corner is square; if the wall is bowed, you may need to shim the base of the trim to ensure it remains vertical.
Ensure the panel edge is free of burrs or excess adhesive and verify that the panel thickness is exactly 10mm.
Ensure the base is mounted securely and that no panel debris is preventing the cover from fully engaging with the locking mechanism.
To install, ensure your walls are plumb and your panels are cut to the appropriate length. Secure the base of the trim to the wall corner using appropriate fixings or high-strength adhesive suitable for your wall substrate. Slide the 10mm panels firmly into the trim grooves. For care, wipe the trim periodically with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can dull the black finish. Ensure the trim is fully dried after cleaning to maintain its appearance.
