Ensure the water pressure is sufficient to trigger the hydro-power mechanism; check for clogs in the micro-nozzles.
Inspect the shower head for mineral buildup and ensure the filter is not completely exhausted.
Ensure your smartphone Bluetooth is enabled and the shower is currently running to provide power to the unit's transmitter.
Installation is straightforward and compatible with standard shower arms. To install, unscrew your existing shower head and thread the HELLO KLEAN unit onto the arm, ensuring the provided washer is seated correctly to prevent leaks. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the brushed bronze finish; simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
