The HELLO KLEAN Shower Head 2.0 is ideal for individuals living in hard water areas who want to mitigate skin dryness and scalp imbalances. By combining a spa-like rain shower experience with a multi-stage filtration system, it effectively neutralizes chlorine and traps impurities. While it provides a luxurious and healthier shower, users should note that the internal filter cartridges require periodic replacement to maintain peak performance.

It is recommended to replace the filter cartridge every 3 to 6 months to ensure optimal performance.
Yes, the shower head is designed to fit standard 1/2-inch shower arms.
The filter is designed to improve water quality by filtering contaminants, but it is not a water softener; it is focused on chlorine reduction and impurity filtration.
The unit is designed to work with the filter. Removing it would defeat the purpose of the filtration system.
You may notice a decrease in water pressure or a return of odors/chlorine scent in the water.
Check the filter cartridge for clogging or sediment buildup and replace it if necessary.
Ensure the rubber washer is correctly positioned and tighten the connection further by hand.
Gently wipe the silicone nozzles with a damp cloth or soft brush to remove any limescale buildup.
Installation of the HELLO KLEAN Shower Head 2.0 is straightforward and requires no professional plumbing tools. Simply unscrew your existing shower head and thread the new unit onto the standard 1/2-inch shower arm. Ensure the rubber gasket is seated correctly to prevent drips. For care, wipe the matte chrome exterior with a soft, damp cloth to prevent water spots. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the finish. Replace the internal filter cartridge every 3 to 6 months depending on local water hardness and frequency of use.
