Troubleshooting
Slippers feel too loose
Ensure you have selected the correct size. Due to the soft and elastic nature, they may feel looser than rigid shoes. For minor looseness, consider thicker socks if appropriate for the activity.
Slippers feel too tight
Wear the slippers for short periods initially to allow the material to stretch slightly to your foot shape. Ensure no debris is trapped inside.
Discomfort on the soles
The extra soft footbed is designed for comfort. If discomfort persists, ensure no objects are inside the slipper and consider if the level of cushioning meets your personal support needs.
Slippers are not drying quickly
Ensure proper air circulation. Avoid storing them in damp, enclosed spaces. If heavily soaked, gently blot with a towel before air drying.
