Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Etnies Serin Michelin trainers last as long as possible, follow these care and setup guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Because of the robust suede and Force Shield materials, allow a few days of regular wear to let the upper conform to your foot.
- Suede Maintenance: Use a dedicated suede brush to remove loose dirt and debris. Avoid using water or harsh soaps, which can stain or damage the suede texture.
- Lacing: Utilize the hidden lace loops to prevent fraying. Ensure the laces are tightened firmly to engage the elasticated tongue straps for maximum stability.
- Cleaning: For stains, use a suede eraser rather than liquid cleaners. If the rubber outsole becomes dirty, a soft cloth with a small amount of mild detergent and water can be used to restore the grip.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the rubber and suede from degrading over time.
