Check for lint or debris caught in the socket of the snap and ensure the fabric around the button is pulled taut before pressing.
Wash the garment on a delicate cycle to fluff the fibers or gently brush the area with a garment brush.
Because this jacket is a complete outerwear piece, no setup is required beyond initial inspection of the snap buttons. It is compatible with most casual school or leisure outfits. To maintain the quality of the nylon and the sherpa texture, machine wash on a gentle cycle with like colors. Avoid high-heat drying to prevent damage to the synthetic fibers and shrinkage. If the sherpa side becomes matted, a gentle shake or soft-bristled brush can help restore the loft of the material.
