Moncler Collection - Luray Short Down Jacket - Blue - Cashmere

Smart cashmere refers to a blend of high-quality cashmere fibers with polyamide (nylon). This combination aims to retain the softness and luxury of cashmere while adding durability, lightness, and a degree of water resistance from the nylon component.

Refer to the Moncler Collection sizing chart. Typically, you would measure your chest and waist circumference and compare these measurements to the chart. For this jacket, consider how much layering you plan to do underneath.

The jacket offers some water resistance due to the polyamide in the exterior blend, making it suitable for light rain. However, it is primarily designed for warmth and is not a fully waterproof or snow-specific garment. For heavy precipitation, a dedicated waterproof outer shell would be more appropriate.

It is strongly recommended not to machine wash the jacket. The delicate cashmere blend and down filling require careful handling. Hand washing or professional dry cleaning is the preferred method to maintain the jacket's quality and shape.

The jacket is filled with a premium blend of 90% down and 10% feather, providing excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and insulation.

Store the jacket in a cool, dry place, loosely folded or hung on a padded hanger. Avoid compressing it tightly in a bag, as this can damage the down filling and affect its loft and insulating properties.

Gently shake the jacket or use a low-heat tumble dry with a few tennis balls to help redistribute and re-loft the down filling. Ensure it's completely dry before storing.

For light stains, attempt to spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh scrubbing. For significant stains, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth of the zipper. Gently work the zipper up and down to smooth its movement.
