FAQs

What material is this sheet made from?

It is crafted from a high-quality polycotton blend, chosen for its mix of softness and durability.

Does this sheet require ironing?

No, it features easy-care, non-iron fabric designed to look smooth straight from the dryer.

What does a 180 thread count mean?

It indicates there are 180 threads per square inch of fabric, which provides a balance between breathability and a smooth, soft feel.

Is this sheet suitable for a King size bed?

No, this specific model is designed for a double bed. Please verify your mattress size before purchasing.

How do I care for the grey color to prevent fading?

Wash with similar colored items and avoid using harsh bleaching agents to maintain the depth of the grey tone.

Troubleshooting

Sheet feels slightly stiff upon initial arrival

The percale finish will soften significantly after the first proper machine wash.

Sheet slipping off the mattress corners

Ensure the mattress is not exceeding the standard depth for which the fitted sheet was designed; check that all four corners are tucked securely underneath.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Rapport Home Fitted Sheet, follow these care instructions:

  1. Initial Wash: Always wash the sheet before first use to remove any manufacturing residue and soften the fibers.
  2. Washing: Machine wash on a standard cool or warm cycle with like colors.
  3. Drying: Tumble dry on a low setting or line dry for the best results. Due to the non-iron properties, the sheet should be ready for use once dry.
  4. Compatibility: This sheet is specifically sized for a standard UK double bed. Ensure your mattress depth is compatible with standard fitted sheet dimensions before fitting.
