The Explore Trail features a durable ripstop upper designed for debris protection, but they are not marketed as fully waterproof.
While they are comfortable, the aggressive lug pattern is designed for trails and will wear down prematurely if used exclusively on concrete.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or drying as this can compromise the material structure.
It provides a mix of soft cushioning for comfort and firmer foam for stability during lateral movements on uneven terrain.
The shoes follow standard sizing; however, since they are performance trainers, we recommend wearing your usual hiking sock thickness when trying them on.
Check the toggle mechanism for debris and ensure the cord is fully locked into the clip groove.
Use a stiff-bristled brush to clear the gaps between lugs after the mud has dried.
Ensure the shoe is correctly sized and that the TPU heel stabiliser is seated properly against your foot.
To ensure the best performance, adjust the quick-toggle lacing until the shoe feels secure across the midfoot without restricting blood flow. These trainers are intended for outdoor, active use. To maintain the integrity of the ripstop fabric and the grip of the rubber outsole, clean off excess mud after use with a soft-bristle brush and mild soap. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, which can damage the adhesive and cushioning foams.
