The SeaSucker Komodo is a road-bike-specific rack machined from solid aluminum for precision fit. It is anodized in various colors including Black, Silver, Blue, and Gold. This rack is ideal for sports cars and convertibles, but can be used on any vehicle. Its articulating feet require only 45.7 cm x 30.4 cm of space for mounting. The Komodo features a fold-up tail for compact storage and mobility. It includes four powerful 210 lb pull-strength rated vacuum cups that articulate for a solid connection on car curves. The package includes the Hogg- Revolutionary Front Wheel Mount, designed for bikes with a 9x100mm quick release hub or a 12x100mm thru-axle front hub. The rack is designed for 9x100mm Quick Release and 12x100mm Thru-Axle Bikes. When fully extended, it measures approximately 81cm x 35cm, and when collapsed, approximately 51cm x 35cm, standing 24cm tall. The minimum footprint for mounting is 46cm x 30.5cm. The rack weighs approximately 4.5kg. The Komodo is suitable for road, gravel, and cross bikes with 9x100mm quick release front axles or 12x100mm front thru-axles. Mountain bikes are generally too long for the Komodo. The longest fork-to-wheel distance that fits is 29.5 inches.
