Troubleshooting
Leakage at the connection points
Tighten the compression fitting or check the solvent weld connection. Ensure that the pipe is fully inserted and properly sealed.
Difficulty in achieving the desired angle or offset
Adjust the flexible section gradually, ensuring that the pipe is not bent too sharply, which could restrict flow.
The fitting is too short or too long
Adjust the length by sliding the flexible section. If the fitting is still the wrong size, replace it with the correct size.
Water flow is restricted
Check for any kinks or blockages in the flexible section. Ensure that the inside of the pipe is clear of debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Ensure the pipe ends are clean and free of debris. Measure the required length and adjust the fitting accordingly.
Connection: Insert the universal end into the appropriate fitting and the PVC plain spigot end into the socket or fitting. If needed, the PVC plain spigot can be solvent welded.
Tightening: Secure the connections, ensuring they are snug but not over-tightened. Over-tightening can damage the fitting.
Compatibility:
Compatible with pipes and fittings that meet the BS EN 1329-1:2000 standard.
Check the size (1¼", 1½", or 2") to ensure it matches your existing pipework.
Care: Regularly inspect the fitting for any signs of leaks or damage. Clean with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could degrade the material.
