Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup
- Open Closure: Fully open the shoe's closure mechanism (e.g., loosen laces, open hook-and-loop straps). *Info needed: [Specific closure type, e.g., hook-and-loop, elastic laces is not provided, but inferred for infants]*
- Insert Foot: Gently guide your infant's foot into the shoe, ensuring the heel sits snugly at the back.
- Adjust Fit: Secure the closure, ensuring it's snug but not too tight. You should be able to comfortably slide one finger between the ankle and the shoe collar.
- Check Toes: Press lightly on the front of the shoe to ensure there's about a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the shoe tip for growth and movement.
Compatibility
- Age Group: Specifically designed for infants.
- Gender: Male infants.
- Size: Available in UK children's foot size 7 (and other infant sizes as listed in variants). Always refer to a PUMA sizing chart for precise measurements.
- Activity: Best suited for daily wear, crawling, cruising, and early walking stages.
Care
Maintaining your PUMA Flexfocus runners will extend their lifespan and keep them looking fresh:
- Spot Cleaning: For minor dirt and scuffs, use a soft, damp cloth with a mild soap. Gently wipe the affected areas.
- Avoid Submerging: Do not soak the shoes in water, as this can damage materials and adhesives.
- Air Dry: After cleaning, allow the shoes to air dry completely at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Remove Insole: If the insole is removable, take it out to clean separately and allow both the shoe interior and insole to air dry thoroughly.
- Brushing: For tougher dirt, a soft-bristled brush can be used gently on the outsole and upper fabric.
- Storage: Store shoes in a cool, dry place when not in use.
