Troubleshooting

Glow-in-the-dark effect not working.

Ensure the bedding has been exposed to sufficient light to 'charge' the glow-in-the-dark feature. Allow the bedding to absorb light from a lamp or sunlight for a period before use.

Duvet cover doesn't fit the duvet.

Double-check the duvet size against the duvet cover's dimensions to ensure a proper fit. Ensure you have the correct size duvet insert.

Color fading after washing.

Wash the bedding inside out in cold water and avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang to dry in shade.
