Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This is a traditional analog watch. The primary setup involves setting the correct time using the crown. Pull the crown out to the appropriate position (usually indicated in the watch manual) to adjust the hands, then push it back in to secure. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in to maintain water resistance.
Compatibility: As an analog timepiece, it is compatible with any wrist size that can be adjusted. The bracelet links can be removed or added by a professional jeweler to achieve a perfect fit.
Care:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the watch case and bracelet with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can damage the gold PVD finish and the mother-of-pearl dial.
- Water Resistance: While often featuring some level of water resistance, it is advisable to avoid submerging the watch, especially if it has a leather strap or is not specifically designed for swimming. Check the specific water resistance rating for this model and avoid exposure to saltwater or chlorinated water.
- Storage: Store the watch in a dry place, preferably in its original box or a soft pouch, to prevent scratches and dust accumulation.
