The color is typically a durable finish. However, like any finished product, it may show wear over time with heavy use or accidental impacts. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing.

Tritan™ is a type of BPA-free co-polyester plastic known for its durability, clarity, and resistance to impact and heat. It is commonly used for drinkware lids and bottles.

Ensure the mug is clean and dry. Sometimes, slight pressure adjustments or a gentle twist can help seat or unseat the lid properly. Do not force the lid.

Make sure the lid is securely sealed. Double-wall vacuum insulation works best when the air gap is intact. Pre-heating the mug with hot water before adding a hot beverage, or chilling it with ice water before adding a cold drink, can improve performance.

This can occur with prolonged use of certain beverages. Run the mug through a dishwasher cycle or wash by hand with warm, soapy water. For stubborn stains, a paste of baking soda and water can be used as a gentle abrasive cleaner.
