Nike Run Repel UV Windrunner - Grey - Size XL

The Nike Run Repel UV Windrunner is designed for light rain and water repellency. For heavy downpours, a dedicated waterproof jacket would be more appropriate.

Please refer to the Nike sizing chart for men's apparel. The jacket is designed for a standard fit, but consider your layering preferences when choosing your size.

The jacket provides UV protection for covered areas. While it has ventilation, it is still a jacket and may be too warm for intense activity on very hot days. Use sunscreen for uncovered skin.

The jacket can be folded and stowed into a hidden inside pocket. A shoulder strap is also included for easy carrying when the jacket is not being worn.

Water-repellent fabric prevents water from soaking into the material. Light rain will bead up and roll off the surface. It is not fully waterproof.

The UV protection is integrated into the fabric. While durable, its effectiveness can be maintained by following the recommended care instructions. Avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade the fabric.

Reactivate the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish by tumble drying the jacket on a low heat setting for 20 minutes. If performance has significantly degraded, consider a professional re-waterproofing treatment suitable for performance outerwear.

Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to free the fabric. If the zipper is stiff, apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) or a silicone-based lubricant to the teeth.

Ensure the ventilation slit at the back is open and that you are wearing moisture-wicking base layers. Loosen the hood drawcords slightly to allow for more airflow around the head and neck.
