The Cloud Sky 2 has a standard athletic fit. If your child has wide feet, we recommend ensuring the laces are adjusted to allow for maximum volume, or considering a half-size increase.
As with any athletic shoe for children, replacement is recommended when the outsole tread is worn smooth or the cushioning no longer provides adequate rebound, typically every 6-9 months depending on activity levels.
Yes, these are designed for active use and provide the necessary support for running and multi-directional sports activities.
Yes, the insoles are removable, which allows for easier cleaning or the insertion of custom orthotics if required.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning solution or a mild soap-and-water mix with a soft cloth to spot-clean the white areas immediately after they get dirty to prevent staining.
Loosen the lacing system completely and re-lace with less tension to allow for natural foot expansion.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge debris from the tread, then wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
To ensure the longevity of your ON Cloud Sky 2 trainers, it is important to maintain them properly. Before the first use, ensure the laces or closures are adjusted to provide a snug but not restrictive fit. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to wipe away surface dirt. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the performance foams and adhesives. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
