These lights require 3x 'C' batteries, which are not supplied with the product.
The battery box has an IP44 rating, meaning it can withstand light splashes. However, the lights themselves are not waterproof and should not be submerged or exposed to heavy rain. Use caution in outdoor wet conditions.
Battery life depends on the quality of the batteries used and the selected lighting function. Using the timer function (6 hours on) and energy-efficient functions like 'static' or 'slow glow' will help prolong battery life compared to flashing modes.
The timer function is typically engaged automatically after the lights have been on for 6 hours. Some models may have a dedicated button or sequence on the battery box to set or disable the timer. Refer to the function button on the battery box; it cycles through modes including timer functions.
These are single-strand string lights and are not designed to be connected end-to-end with other sets. Each set operates independently with its own battery pack.
