The Charged Assert 10 is designed for versatility and everyday runs. While they offer good cushioning and durability, for marathon distances, runners might prefer shoes with more specialized long-distance cushioning and support systems.

A 'NEUTRAL' shoe is designed for runners whose feet do not excessively pronate (roll inward) or supinate (roll outward). It provides cushioning and flexibility without specific features to control foot motion.

For optimal performance and injury prevention, running shoes are typically recommended for replacement every 300-500 miles (approx. 480-800 km), or when the cushioning feels significantly reduced or the outsole shows excessive wear.

Adjust the standard tie laces to achieve a more personalized fit. Ensure the laces are evenly tensioned across the eyelets.

The Charged Cushioning® midsole is designed for durability, but cushioning will naturally diminish over time with significant mileage. Consider replacing shoes after approximately 300-500 miles of running.
