FAQs

How do I clean the toaster?

Unplug the toaster and let it cool. Remove the crumb tray and empty it. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

What kind of bread can I use?

You can use various bread types, including white, wheat, multigrain, bagels, and English muffins. The self-adjusting slots will accommodate different thicknesses.

How do I use the bagel setting?

Place the bagel, cut-side facing inwards, in the toaster slots. Select the bagel function. The toaster will toast the cut sides while gently warming the outside.

What does the defrost setting do?

The defrost setting thaws frozen bread and then toasts it to your selected browning level.

What is the reheat function for?

The reheat function warms previously toasted bread without additional browning.

Can I adjust the browning level?

Yes, the toaster features multiple browning levels, allowing you to customize your toast.

What should I do if the toaster gets too hot?

The toaster has a built-in safety shut-off feature. If it overheats, unplug it, let it cool down, and then check for any obstructions.

Troubleshooting

Toaster doesn't turn on.

Check that the toaster is properly plugged into a working outlet. Also, check the fuse.

Toast is burnt.

Reduce the browning level setting. Monitor toasting times, as bread type can affect results.

Toast is unevenly toasted.

Ensure bread slices are centered in the slots. Clean the toaster to remove any debris affecting the heating elements.

Crumb tray is difficult to remove.

Make sure the toaster has cooled down. Gently pull the crumb tray out from the bottom of the toaster.
